The hotel's location is superb, right on the seafront. i found ample seating in the bar area. It was also very clean. the staff were generally friendly and helpful when i spoke with them. i appreciated the manager, james. He was very attentive to our needs.
the pillows in the room were quite soft and the blinds did not fully block out the light.

though i did not dine in the dining room, i observed that the breakfast included a selection of juices, cereals, and cooked options. standard offerings like toast, tea, and coffee were readily available each morning.

my room was clean and tidy. the heat was initially high, but i quickly adjusted the radiator. the shower room was nice. the bed was also very comfortable for sleeping.

One staff member checked to see if i needed anything for my room. james, the manager, offered particularly helpful assistance. he was readily available to address guest needs. This attentiveness contributed positively to my stay.

The staff were really friendly and keen to help. The 24-hour desk is very convenient (it's great to know someone is always there). I found snacks and drinks available for purchase in the hotel. The shower was powerful, much better than expected. I also appreciated the cleanliness inside, despite the bedroom windows needing attention.
The room was hot. I wish there was a way to adjust the temperature more easily.

The reception staff provided a warm welcome and efficient service. The bar staff were excellent and always ensured glasses were full. The waiting staff in the dining room also offered very good service, clearing and resetting tables quickly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was really convenient (close to the sea and local transport). I particularly enjoyed the evening entertainment.
The floorboards were noisy. Any movement seemed to wake me up almost hourly. The beds were also quite uncomfortable and old. I also noticed the room was small.

The room was quite small. this made it difficult to move around comfortably. additionally, the cleanliness was questionable. I noticed dust in several areas and a stain on the carpet. a more thorough cleaning regimen is certainly needed. i also found the noise level disruptive, with street sounds penetrating the thin windows. the absence of soundproofing affected my sleep.

The noise from the hotel bar was SO LOUD. It blared through the corridors until late. The bass rattled the shower screen in the bathroom. It was hard to sleep.

ripped wallpaperstained walls
the room i had was not great the windows seemed boarded up i think it was room 10 the wallpaper was ripped in places and there were stains on the walls the carpet had holes and a large gap it didn't reach the wall fully it wasn't the best stay i have had at this hotel and i've stayed here before
